How Does It Work?
We’ll visit your home (or prospective home) and spend an hour evaluating your project, answering questions, and offering expert advice about options that will address your needs and budget.
Afterward, we’ll provide a written summary and feedback to aid you in refining your vision and making plans.
What Does It Cost?
A one-hour consultation, which includes post-consultation planning resources, is $95. An extended consultation may be requested at an hourly rate.
What’s the Difference Between a Consultation and an Estimate?
A consultation is an informational tool for those who are still gathering “big picture” ideas about their project, and want expert guidance in that process. The consultation helps homeowners refine their project’s broader elements to the point that a preliminary estimate can be created.
An estimate provides preliminary pricing for a scope of work in which the major elements are already defined. This pricing is then refined during Project Design, when clients make selections and customize their project details and pricing.
