    Scope of Work

This remodel included reconfiguring the first-floor layout and updating the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

The main portion of this remodel involved opening up the kitchen. A wall was removed in order to allow for a large kitchen island with dark gray cabinets and stool seating. The cabinets were freshened up with white paint and new oil-rubbed bronze knobs and pulls. Beautiful gray granite sits atop the cabinets. Laid out in a brick pattern, the tile backsplash completes the modern look.

The new, open floor plan leads from the kitchen into the living room, where living room the walls were painted with a light gray and the large brick fireplace was painted white to better match the new aesthetic.

Just off the kitchen is a large dining room with a cozy reading corner. Fresh paint and new light fixtures complete the room.

Light gray vinyl plank flooring connects all the rooms to complete the clean, relaxing ambiance of this lovely space.

    Scope of Work

This luxurious master bathroom includes a space-optimizing layout with separate toilet room and attached walk-in closet.

A matte black, farmhouse shower door encloses a stunning tiled shower with a bench and decorative niche. Across from the shower sits a large shaker double vanity with Earl Gray cabinets, matte black drawer pulls, and granite vanity top. Above the vanity is a wall-length, industrial style matte black mirror.

The cool and neutral tones of these finishes pair well with fun pops of color and versatile decor options.

Though this remodel included multiple rooms and spaces, the client wanted a cohesive and unifying look between all rooms. This meant less decision making. She was able to move through design rather quickly. With ordering materials, product lead times, and scheduling trade partners, the project spent a little over a month in pre-production. During the project, the client decided to add some additional scopes of work to other rooms, which we were able to accommodate into a single project by extending project completion by a few weeks.
