A Classic and Fresh Kids' Bathroom
- Give the space an updated look.
- Freshen up the space.

Project Overview
The original kids' bathroom was outdated. The homeowner wanted to give it a little refresh in order to modernize and update it.
It was important to her to stick to a modest budget and still get a classic updated feel.

Scope of Work
It order to minimize cost, the homeowner decided to forgo brand new cabinets and stick with the existing cabinets. Since they were already in great condition, we painted them and updated the hardware. She decided to switch out the old countertop and sink and replace it with a more modern style quartz that worked better with the new cabinet color.
A fun new luxury vinyl sheet floor was installed. The gray color of the floor compliments the new countertops.
The homeowner kept the existing bathtub and decided to have us do a deep clean on it to freshen it up. We also updated the shower plumbing and installed a new shower head. We also updated the lighting and added a dimmer switch to brighten up the bathroom.
A fresh green paint on the walls and brushed nickel fixtures and accessories complete this bathroom refresh, accomplishing the goal of a more modern look.

Kim and her family have worked with us before so they were very familiar with our team and our process. This factor, as well as the project being a refresh that required fewer decisions than some more in depth projects, allowed Kim to move through the design phase quickly. During pre-production we work on ordering materials, learning product lead times, and scheduling trade partners. Once construction starts, a typical bathroom remodel takes about 4-6+ weeks. This bathroom refresh stayed within that range and took a month to complete!
