The layout balances openness with clearly defined areas for relaxing, working out, and entertaining, while custom built-ins and a rustic wood accent wall add both function and character. Finishes, lighting, and material choices were carefully coordinated to create a cohesive, comfortable space that feels like a natural extension of the home—one that supports how the family lives every day.
