As President, Alison leads the strategic direction of McLennan Contracting and oversees company operations, marketing, and business development. She guides the team in setting meaningful goals, managing resources responsibly, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Alison is deeply committed to cultivating a workplace defined by clarity, collaboration, empathy, and high standards of craftsmanship—values that shape both the internal culture and the client experience.

Alongside her husband and co-owner, Tim, Alison enjoys building a business that prioritizes people and community. She and Tim homeschool their three children and spend as much time as possible traveling together in their RV. When she’s not working or teaching, Alison is likely enjoying a quiet moment with a book and a cup of coffee—or joining her kids for a round of video games.

As Owner and General Manager, Tim leads our production team and guides each project from vision to completion. He works closely with clients, project designers, and field crews to ensure that every remodel is thoughtfully planned, well-coordinated, and executed with care. Tim is committed to mentoring and supporting the team, fostering professional growth, and maintaining clear communication throughout the remodeling process—values that help create a smooth and confident experience for our clients.

As co-owner of McLennan Contracting alongside his wife, Alison, Tim is passionate about building a company culture centered on family, trust, and craftsmanship. When he’s not in the office or visiting job sites, you’ll likely find him spending time outdoors with his family, hiking or backpacking, or exploring new places on RV trips with their three children and two well-loved dogs.

As Operations Manager, Alison ensures that McLennan Contracting runs smoothly and efficiently each day. She leads process development, supports internal communication, and collaborates across departments to align goals and expectations. Alison works to improve systems, monitor financial performance, and create a streamlined experience for both the team and our clients. Her thoughtful approach to organization, budgeting, and workflow design helps keep projects moving forward with clarity and consistency.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys a quiet and creative life at home with her husband, Mike, and their very affectionate cat, Saphira. She loves crafting, playing music, and spending time outdoors. Whether she’s at the piano, gathered around a board game, or working with her hands on a new art project, Alison finds joy in creating things that bring warmth, connection, and beauty into everyday life.

As Project Designer, Madison partners closely with clients to understand their goals and translate their vision into thoughtful, functional design solutions. She guides clients through the design process with clarity and collaboration—creating floor plans, 3D renderings, and curated material selections that bring each space to life. With an eye for both beauty and practicality, Madison strives to create designs that feel personal, livable, and truly aligned with each client’s lifestyle.

Madison was born and raised in Lancaster County and married her husband, Austin, in 2022. She enjoys trying new restaurants, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time in downtown Lancaster exploring local food spots. Outside of work, you can often find her hosting friends and family for dinners or game nights, or playing in her adult field hockey league—a sport she has loved since middle school.

Savanna is a trusted design partner to McLennan Contracting and serves as a Project Designer during the Project Development phase. Through her company, Seabrook Design Co., she collaborates closely with our in-house team to create thoughtful, functional, and personalized design solutions. Savanna guides homeowners through concept development, space planning, and material selections—producing floor plans, 3D renderings, and curated selections that reflect each family’s lifestyle and aesthetic goals. Her seamless integration with our process ensures clients receive a cohesive and supportive design experience.

Born and raised in North Georgia, Savanna now lives on a fifth-generation family farm with her husband, Alan, and their son, Case. She loves spending time outdoors, practicing Pilates, enjoying great coffee, and exploring new dining experiences. Whether hosting family, wrangling a busy toddler, or dreaming up design concepts, Savanna finds joy in helping create homes that support real life and feel deeply personal to the people who live in them.

As Design Associate, she works closely with clients to select materials and finishes that align with their style, goals, and investment priorities. She assists with design documentation, coordinates selections information across teams, and helps ensure every detail is organized and ready for construction. Cate enjoys building relationships with clients and creating a positive, collaborative experience as they bring their remodeling vision to life.

Cate was born and raised in Lancaster County and recently graduated from West Chester University. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks, hot yoga, and exploring new local coffee shops and restaurants. She gets her energy from being around other people and loves spending her free time with friends and family.

As Project Developer, Matt guides homeowners through the earliest stages of the remodeling process, helping them clarify their goals and understand what is possible for their home. He develops clear scopes of work and realistic investment ranges, collaborating with designers, project managers, and trade partners to ensure alignment from the start. With decades of experience in the construction field, Matt brings thoughtful insight, creativity, and a steady, solutions-oriented approach to every project he supports.

Matt and his wife, Jodi, have been married since 1998 and are parents to four children, with their first grandchild on the way in early 2026. Outside of work, Matt enjoys reading, playing guitar and piano, and leading worship at his church. He values time spent outdoors, slow mornings with friends at the local diner, and opportunities to mentor young men as they grow personally and spiritually.

As Project Manager, Josh oversees the construction phase to ensure each project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets McLennan’s standards for quality and communication. He coordinates teams, manages timelines, and serves as a steady point of contact for homeowners.

Josh has been married to his wife, Sarah, since 2003, and together they are raising their four boys—Judah, Asher, Hosea, and Solomon. They live in East Petersburg with their three cats, Pru, Penny, and Paige, and have called Lancaster home since 2007. Josh enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and diving into music and books, as well as connecting with friends and reflecting on what it means to follow Jesus. Proudly embracing his inner “nerd,” he’s a longtime fan of sci-fi favorites like Doctor Who, Star Trek, Stargate, and anything involving zombies.

As Lead Carpenter, Tate works closely with homeowners, trade partners, and the McLennan team to ensure each project is completed to the highest standards. From coordinating daily activities on site to overseeing quality and helping solve challenges as they arise, Tate plays a key role in delivering a smooth remodeling experience. He takes pride in his work and enjoys bringing thoughtfully designed spaces to life through skilled craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence.

Tate and his wife, Crista, are raising their two children, Titan and Leila, on part of a family farm just down the road from where Tate grew up in Oley, Pennsylvania. They enjoy the values and slower pace of country living, where faith, family, and hard work are at the center of everyday life. Outside of work, Tate loves spending time with his family, especially during their annual trips to the Outer Banks. Whether he's fishing, hunting, or making memories with those closest to him, he values the simple things that make life meaningful.

As Director of Experiences, Marsha works to enhance every interaction with McLennan Contracting—from a prospective client's first phone call to project celebrations, team events, trade partner appreciation, and community outreach. She helps foster strong relationships, coordinates special events and client care initiatives, and ensures the office environment reflects the warmth and professionalism that define our company. Marsha enjoys connecting with people and creating memorable experiences that strengthen relationships and support a positive culture for clients, team members, and trade partners alike.

Outside of work, Marsha enjoys a full and family-centered life with her husband, Jim, their two children, and their beloved pets—a rescue dog named Ranger and a black-and-white cat named Oreo. She is a passionate football fan (a devoted Dallas Cowboys supporter since childhood) and loves reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family whenever she can.

As Marketing Coordinator, Amanda helps communicate McLennan’s vision, values, and client-focused approach. She plans and manages marketing initiatives, supports the Sales & Design team with creative resources, and engages with the community across digital platforms. With an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, Amanda works to ensure that every touchpoint reflects who we are and what we care about—helping homeowners feel informed, supported, and inspired as they explore the remodeling process.

Amanda and her husband, Alex, are raising two boys, Bennett and Shepard, along with a lively mini Aussiedoodle, three cats, and a flock of backyard chickens. In her free time, she enjoys morning workouts, hiking, baking (especially homemade bread), watching Formula 1, and cozy nights in with a good show. She loves creating a warm and joyful environment for her family and lives by the motto: “Always bring sunshine wherever you go.”

As our unofficial office greeters, Pippin and Jetlag bring joy, warmth, and a sense of calm to the McLennan team. They are always ready to welcome visitors, boost morale, and remind us to take a moment to slow down and enjoy life’s simple pleasures—whether that means stepping outside for fresh air or pausing for a well-timed ear scratch. Their presence helps create a workplace that feels relaxed, friendly, and full of heart.

Pippin is a gentle 2-year-old English Mastiff who is happiest when the whole family is together, preferably with a chew in his paws and everyone under the same roof. Jetlag is a 7-year-old English Springer Spaniel who never met a stranger and loves curling up under Marsha’s desk. Both dogs are loyal traveling companions on family RV adventures, especially when those trips involve long trails, open air, and plenty of sticks to chew along the way.
