How Consultations Work

01 — Discovery Call

Phone Consultation

The first step in our consultation process is a brief 15-minute phone call focused entirely on your home and your goals.

We'll learn about your remodeling ideas, answer questions about our process, and determine whether we’re the right fit for your project.

If it looks like a strong match, we’ll schedule an in-home Discovery Meeting to explore the possibilities in more detail.

02 — Discovery Meeting

In-Home Consultation

During this 60-minute in-home consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your vision and ask questions while we review the space together.

Seeing your home firsthand allows us to better understand the scope of the project and provide an initial investment range.

At the end of the meeting, we’ll outline recommended next steps to move your project forward.

Marsha Hanna

Director of Experiences

As Director of Experiences, Marsha works to enhance every interaction with McLennan Contracting—from a prospective client's first phone call to project celebrations, team events, trade partner appreciation, and community outreach. She helps foster strong relationships, coordinates special events and client care initiatives, and ensures the office environment reflects the warmth and professionalism that define our company.
