Kelly and Greg already liked a lot of the original kitchen, so this space got a little refresh with a new island, updated elements of the cabinetry, replaced countertops, and a new backsplash.
Achieving a farmhouse style in the home was important to Kelly and Greg.

We reconfigured both pantries to make them more functional for the family.
The original kitchen was expansive with 2 large islands. Kelly and Greg did not need both spaces so we removed the second island and turned that into their dining room.

The closet has ample storage with a variety of custom cabinets.
The loft was completely reconfigured to allow for combining two bedrooms and making them into a master suite.
We updated the loft with custom railing and balusters, as well as new flooring.
The main change in this teen's bedroom suite was the layout. We opened up the entryway by relocating the bathroom to the other side of the room.
The purple color was selected by their teenage daughter for a bright and fun room.
