Kelly and Greg already liked a lot of the original kitchen, so this space got a little refresh with a new island, updated elements of the cabinetry, replaced countertops, and a new backsplash.
Achieving a farmhouse style in the home was important to Kelly and Greg.
Updated cabinets and hardware to achieve a fresher look.
All appliances were updated along with the lighting and fixtures.
The farmhouse look was achieved with cream cabinets, darker countertops, a subway tile backsplash, and black hardware.
We reconfigured both pantries to make them more functional for the family.
The original kitchen was expansive with 2 large islands. Kelly and Greg did not need both spaces so we removed the second island and turned that into their dining room.
The layout is much more open and brighter now.

We also replaced all the existing flooring in the kitchen, living room, dining area, and entryway with a rich "Coffee Maple" LVP.
In the living room, we completely refaced the fireplace to make it look more rustic and traditional.

We updated the flooring and brightened up the space with fresh paint.

In the downstairs guest suite bathroom, we removed the upper cabinets to open up the space and painted the lower cabinets a lighter color.
We removed wallpaper and installed new sinks, faucets, and countertop.

Just off the guest bathroom we built a large walk in closet addition.
The closet has ample storage with a variety of custom cabinets.
The loft was completely reconfigured to allow for combining two bedrooms and making them into a master suite.
We updated the loft with custom railing and balusters, as well as new flooring.
The main change in this teen's bedroom suite was the layout. We opened up the entryway by relocating the bathroom to the other side of the room.
The purple color was selected by their teenage daughter for a bright and fun room.

The high class bathroom is complete with luxury vinyl, a deep blue tile in the shower, and matte black finishes.
On the other side of the bathroom is a walk-in closet. A special feature within this closet is the drawers in the dormer. Not only do the drawers provide storage, they also act as steps for the cozy nook.
