Thomas and Stephanie's Lititz Primary Bathroom Remodel
Manheim Township, Lancaster County
LITITZ, PA BATHROOM REMODEL
Simple, Bright & Beautifully Refined
After moving into their home, Thomas and Stephanie were ready to make the primary bathroom feel more like their own. The existing space included a large tub they didn't enjoy using and finishes that didn't reflect their style or the way they wanted their home to function for their growing family. Their vision was simple: create a bright, clean, timeless bathroom they could enjoy for years to come.
Project Goals
-
Remove the oversized tub and create a layout that better suited their everyday needs.
-
Replace the dated finishes with a clean, neutral palette that felt fresh yet timeless.
-
Create a larger, more comfortable shower with beautiful, lasting materials.
-
Help the homeowners confidently bring their preference for crisp whites and classic details together into one cohesive design.
The Challenge
Thomas and Stephanie knew what they were naturally drawn to—white, neutral, clean, and classic—but they weren't quite sure how to turn those preferences into a complete design. During Project Development, they needed guidance selecting finishes and reassurance that an all-white bathroom wouldn't end up feeling cold or boring. At the same time, the existing bathroom's large tub took up valuable space without serving their needs, making functionality just as important as the overall look.
The Solution
Rather than adding color or contrast simply for the sake of variety, our design team leaned into what the homeowners genuinely loved. The oversized tub was removed, allowing the room to accommodate a spacious walk-in shower finished with real marble tile. A white double vanity, light countertops, large-format floor tile, and soft neutral walls keep the room bright, while polished chrome fixtures, decorative mirrors, subtle marble variation, and detailed cabinetry add dimension and character.
The result is proof that a mostly white palette can still feel layered, elegant, and anything but boring—and, most importantly, it feels true to Thomas and Stephanie.
