Alison McLennan is President and Co-Owner of McLennan Contracting. Since 2003, she has played an integral role in growing the company into a trusted design-build remodeling firm, leading business strategy, operations, and organizational development. Her leadership focuses on fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional client experiences. Alison is an active member of Remodelers Advantage, where she works alongside remodeling leaders nationwide to exchange ideas, implement best practices, and advance the industry. She also mentors fellow remodeling business owners, drawing on more than two decades of leadership experience to help others build thriving companies. Outside of work, Alison enjoys reading mystery novels, spoiling her dogs, and planning cross-country RV adventures with her family.
